Resolved Question: Can I get into these colleges?

I have a 3.2 however I go to a private preparatory school that has relatively difficult classes. As well I took challenging classes. My senior year consists of Calculus, Physics, Global Studies, Spanish 5, Lit of Love English, Society and Self English, Photography 3, and Yearbook 2. My ACT score isn't great. It is a 23. My extra curriculars are good, 3 years of student government 4 years of junior civitan (community service organization) 3 years of photography 2 years of yearbook (I am an editor) i am a national honor society member 2 years of soccer 1 year of track 2 years of tennis Do you think i could get into...
