Resolved Question: Stupid Common Application question!!?

Hello there. So I'm applying to Puget Sound through the common app and this might sound like one of those silly questions, but I just want to make sure I put everything right. Their question is: "Do you intend to enroll in a degree program your first year? Yes or no?" I'm not EXACTLY sure what this means.
