Resolved Question: will I get into these colleges?!?

it's nearing the end of my junior year and I just want some feedback on the choices I've made for colleges. You may not recognize some of the names because their more local colleges in my state (washington). Please tell me what you think my chances of getting in are to each college. My GPA (approx): 3.85 My ACT score: 27 SAT (re-taking it in june): 1850 colleges I'm thinking of applying to: 1- Stanford 2- u of southern california (USC) 3- UCLA 4- Berkley 5- U of Washington 6- Washington State U (WSU) 7- Harvard 8- Whitman College 9- U of Puget Sound (UPS) 10- Maybe Seattle University I forgot my activities! thank you! I've been Student Body Prez for 2 years, secretary for one year. I've been in the Multi-cultural club for 3 years, as an office for 2 of them. On the debate team for the past 3 years, president for one of those years. Been to nationals in debate twice. And I'm in the honor society.
